Highland Parc NORTH recently finished a full interior and exterior renovation.  All of HP North has been upgraded with a fun and vibrant style in mind.

 

We take pride in our renovations and always strive to deliver a modern, clean, and fresh community.  Our Highland Parc collection is no different. All the apartments were upgraded with a modern focus - including light gray vinyl plank flooring, new shaker style cabinet doors, with modern handles and new appliances.  Throughout the apartment, we have also upgraded all the lighting to an energy-efficient LED package as well as water-saving fixtures.  

 

You may be asking yourself..."sure, the interior of the units are pretty great, but what about the courtyard and amenities?" 

 

GREAT QUESTION! 

 

HP North also enjoys a fully renovated, ginormous pool with an all-new pool deck, cabana, and POLYWOOD lounge chairs. We installed a brand new BBQ area, with some hanging bistro lights and two new picnic tables. But wait...there's more... 

 

We really wanted the exterior facade to be something unique and different, so we hired a muralist to paint a 30-foot tall color gradient mural. So when you find yourself cruising down Tripoli Street, look for the massive color mural, or the custom-built entrance gate surrounded by our mid-century inspired breezeblock wall, or even our ridiculous monument sign that lights up the northern sky with it's LED's at night.
